Have you ever tried Pak-tai or southern food ?

Yes, I have. I have ever eaten many dishes from southern part of Thailand.
I was so excited about them so much because they were different from the dishes of E-saan.
Most of Pak Tai dishes is yellow because the people like to add turmeric into every dish.
You will see a lot of yellow dishes in the restaurant.
Most of dishes is quite  spicy.
For me my favorite food of Pak-tai is Nam Prik Kapi. It is very delicious and contains a lot of nutrients. I like to eat it with vegetables and it is the one of Pak Tai food that it does not be yellow.

and I did't think it's real southern food.
If I have a chance to visit southern of Thailand, I will try some.
I heard southern food are yellow and spicy.

but lately I have known that most of the dishes are very hot with a variety of herbs or spices.
I have also heard that there serve a lot of seafood dishes in the south.
The tourists think the Pak Tai or southern food hot but delicious

Yes, I've tried southern food already.
In my hometown, there is one sounthern food shop at the night market.
Almost of them are spicy, because they made of spices.
I love the little sweet one, it was made of pork.
It tastes sweet, and the color is brown. The pork is very soft with the delicious sauce.
We call "Moo-Wan".

Absolutely yes, It is very spicy and a little bitter. I have tried but don't like it that much.
A lot of ingredients they put into i'm not familiar with. Anyway southern food is still outstanding in that part of Thailand. Many people go getting there because want to try once in life but for me the Northeast food is the best food ever for me to get one.

Sure! I have ever tried the southern food, Kaeng tai pla.
Kaeng tai pla is a curry of southern Thai cuisine.
Its name is derived from tai pla, a salty sauce made from fermented fish entrails
which gives the curry a strong smell and flavor.
This curry is usually served with fresh vegetables in a separate plate
and eaten along with steamed rice.

I have ever tasted some dishes- it was call Keang Tai Pla.
I don't know how to say it in English.
It is a curry of southern that very famous.
It is rather spicy a little bit but it is good taste.
If you want to know what good or not good taste is , you have to take it by yourself.

I've already tasted it in last week.
It's very has a spicy taste! If you can't eat a spicy, believe me that's really not good for you.

Yes, sure I have.
My first southern dish is called Kang Hang Le. It's a soup of fat pork in the coconut milk.
It's a little bit spicy and sweet. The soup is very oily so you should eat with rice.
Maybe eat it 1 time a month is good for our health.
