Actually, I have to help myself to control my wants.
Now, I have get stuck on Facebook for many hours.
I bet I did not addict Facebook but I addict something on Facebook.
even though I intend not to use it until midnight, I still use it after that.
Few minutes ago, I closed Facebook window, and turn to ask this question in TRR.
Thanks TRR who makes me have something to do except Facebook.
Above all, I should tell and remind myself what is the result , how much I should spend time for that,
or what I have done for.

I always forget to renew books I borrowed from the library.
I keep it with me until it's time to return.
I can renew when I have to continue using it but I forget.
