Do you think child should have a mobile phone or not?

I think it is good if child have mobile phone.
Having a mobile phone helps child to learn in a lot of different ways.
First they learn about technology; about how to use the mobile phone.
Second most phones today have apps (programs) to enable learning
using the phone, or else through the internet. Phones can access online courses
and lessons which can be provided in fun ways and can in some cases
instantly tell them if they have the right answer. It may even sometimes be possible
to do homework on a phone and send it to teacher. But parent should set limit for their child.

The mobile phone has both advantage and disadvantage.
There are many application for helping child about learning.
If the child uses in the bad way,it isn't okay.
They have to use for the useful way.

To support their reading skill, should let them have more time spending
on reading a book.
The book can be any kinds which they prefer to read to make
them have good attitude with reading first.

I think they shouldn't have because they don't have necessity of using phone. Belong with tecnology too much is not quite good. They should learn to belong with other people like playing with thier friends more than playing phone or belong with technology. It can help them to learn about interaction

Child should not have any cell phone because they are children.
The cell phone is not necessary for them.
I have ever heard that if we use cell phone since we are children, it takes a risk for cancer.
Nowadays, I see every child have a cell phone and they are quite addicting it.
Maybe they cannot control themselves to stop to play games on cellphone so children should not any cell phone.

Children at present time is good at technology. Almost all of children in my village have their own phone. I think it depends on hiw they use. Parents should suggest them how to control it. Children is virgin. They cannot understand what is proper or not. So if parents tell them and take an eye on them it will be good. As I have heard many news about social network, many bad news are from the post or comments or pictures. Anyway I cannot judge anything if it good or bad. It depends on how you think.

I think children who are studying at primary school shouldn't use a mobile phone.
I have meet children who addict game and social network.
They only 10-12 years old.
It's not good for their eyesight because they still young
I think they should pay attention to study and talking or playing with their friends.

Nowadays, the technology drives our country. There are 2-3 cell phone in each family.
There are many benefits of cell phone but for a child; it is not necessary.
Parents always take care of their children tat why the children is no need to use cell phone.

To me, children under thirteen should not be allowed to use a mobile phone.
From my experience, my nephew is permitted to use his own mobile phone in spite of
his age of eight. I think it is too early. He is not responsible for his homework and reading.
He surfs the internet and watches cartoon movies. He cannot remember what he has heard or told.
It is very dangerous with his problem of short-term memory.

They only use for contract to parents and play game sometime or take a photo.

I won't let my children have any phone except for simple ones that only for calling.
I don't think that letting children access to the internet without parents' supervision would be good.
I don't know anything about the internet until I was 13.
Back then I couldn't do anything with it since it was very slow. I've survived that era with no problem.

Mobile phones would allow children to access their parents or other family members in case of an emergency. They would also allow parents to reach their children. People always focus on disadvantages of using it.
Phone also has anvantage but children who have cell phone use them in a wrong way.
They always use phone in the classroom while studying.
Teachers have to find the way to solve this problem.
(I think because boring lesson let students use cell phone. So, teacher should find how to gain attention from them.
