If you see rubbish next to the road, how do you feel?

It makes me feel sad becasue I do not like it when I do not live in a clean place. It makes me feel sad because when I see the rubbish it means that people do not look after the place where they live, so maybe they do not love the place that they live.

Why did anyone throw the rubbish into the road?
Why did they make any place dirty?

If it safe,I will bring it to the bin but if not I think person who work there will manage it.

I think it is very dirty because people lack of disciplines to take
their responsibility. I will pick it up for them I have time anyway i won't litter
