The winter comes what do you prepare for this season?

Wow I do love this season.
I'm preparing my health to be strong first.
I try to set a plan to do exercise regularly.
And I bring some sweater to wear, scarf, gloves
and socks to make my body warm.
Above all, I'm preparing to go travel to Northern of Thailand.
Please take me there.

I do like winter because I like the cold weather.
Winter contain many special days such as Christmas and New year day so I really like winter.
I prepare a lot of coats to wear in winter and control myself to eat a lot of fruit to gain vitamin C
to prevent me from fever.

But I actually got some vitamins and made myself healthy all the time.
I've always tried to drink a lot of warer a day and eat clean as much as possible!

Because I am sick easily, for instance; I walked among the rain for 5 minute, then I got a cold.
It was too bad. And that why I want to prepare myself first.

I prepare for winter by buying oil and lotion to treat my skin.
I like to take a shower with water heater so my skin is very easily dry.
I have to drink more water and use lipstick on my lip too.

i think in Thailand is not really that cold
so, i didn't prepare anything mush just only
sweater and some pant unlike america when it turn to
winter, the weather is so much cold. i can't stand with that kind
of weather, i enjoyed the snow though.

Dress for the Season
Wear loose, lightweight, warm clothes in layers. Trapped air insulates. Remove layers to
avoid perspiration and subsequent chill. Outer garments should be tightly woven, water
repellent, and hooded. Wear a hat. Half of your body heat loss can be from your head. Cover
your mouth to protect your lungs from extreme cold. Mittens, snug at the wrist, are better
than gloves. Try to stay dry!
