I just want to share my experience in classroom when I was a child and my teacher randomly choose me a reader to read some passages out loud. I felt like I was in the highest mountain ready to fall down. It's very challenging. However, I got a lesson from that. Reading out loud alone in front of the class has trained me. Now I am more confident than I was.

For example;
- you might encourage student; you did a good job, but speak it louder let everyone hear your voice.
- Stand in front of the class and tell student to read louder.

For example, you can step away from the students so they will speak louder to make sure you hear them.
Or you can make a deal with your students which hand signals mean "I couldn't hear you. Speak louder please."
