Why we should have school uniforms?

If you are tired of your school uniforms or sick of wearing the same bland shirts every day, you have to know these pros of them. For me I think students should wear school uniforms.
-They give children the opportunity to focus more on schoolwork than their clothing.
-Some people would get jealous so their parents have to spend more money to get the same clothes.
- They'd get spotted if something bad happens to them.
-You don't have to waste picking out clothes every morning. You'll have to wake up extra early to pick your clothes out; also you already spend enough time to do your hair, eat breakfast, and brush your teeth.
- It is cheaper for parents or students buying back to school clothes because it is not necessary.

It may be not serious for western countries about wearing school uniforms but it's very important in Thailand. These are some examples of why Thai students should wear the school uniforms.
-To wear the school uniforms is one of the ways for each school to keep their students disciplined.

There are many reasons that we should have school uniform.
Firist, no Peer Pressure!! I'm a student, and at my school we wear uniforms.
I definitely agree that we should have uniforms.
Safety-wise, uniforms make students easily identifiable.
It becomes simple to locate those who do not belong on a campus when they are not in the correct clothing.
They also prevent the concerns of gangs and other forms of cliques sporting their "colors"
and causing friction between groups or individuals.
In the long run uniforms save money, diminish the most obvious social status distinctions, reduce distractions, put the focus more on academics, promote a better school atmosphere and have no negative impact whatsoever.

We have to wear school unifom to look smart and polite.
Our uniform also tells people where we are from.
My uniform makes me look young, because I believe that many people that study in university are below 30 so when I wear it's like I have more knowledge.

This question sticks in my head for a long time. When I was in school, I always did not want to wear a uniform because I hated wearing skirt. Now I think it is a good idea to wear uniform. I have talked to a student in Sweden in this topic. He said it was a good idea to have school uniform. Students won't start comparing on their outfit. In Sweden students talk about other people's clothes and look down on other people. That reason makes me thank the Thai gorvenment. Any now I like to wear the uniform because it is cheap and no one knows if I wear the same old skirt every day. Haha

Schools without a school uniform policy still have rules on what clothing is and is not allowed in school. There are usually rules regarding modesty issues, visible logos, offensive text on clothing, gang colors and symbols and more. Teachers and administrative staff must monitor the students' attire. This is of course avoided when all students are in uniform.
