Have you laughed alone?

When I was in secondary grade, I often laugh and smile alone.
I'm very clumsy and I will laugh myself and look at others.
I feel embarrassed. But if I have friends, I fell less embarrassed.
I think of funny story and make me laugh because of my clumsiness.

The one reason that make me laugh alone is watching movie, cartoon or reality show.
I always use the headphone and laugh out so loud,

Yes I do. Even someone see and tell me that is a crazy thing but I don't care.
As we know that people laugh in different situations. They laugh when then happy, relaxing, sad or sarcastic. For me, I try to keep laughing in many situation as much as I try to smile because when we act these two actions the endorphin hormone flow in our body. It's can anti aging and make me feel relaxed. And I also believe that laughing out loud can express the bad feeling from my heart.
