Yes, I do.

The death penalty should be given out to those who are undoubted guilty instead of life in prison.
It was inappropriate idea to pay the taxes to keeping a murderer alive.
There are a lot of money that we have to waste with them but I prefer to see my parent tax money go to develop education, public utility, communication and transportation systems in our country.

Actually it costs more for death penalty.
You have to make sure that the convicts are really guilty or else you just kill innocence people.
And nowadays execution is painless like lethal injection.
Life imprisonment is much more scarier. You throw them in prisons and never let them out again.
The thing we need to change is the stupid parole. In Thailand, there are too many occasions that reduce the sentence for convicts. When you've got 20 years serving time, you actually do only 5 years in prison.
So we should consider getting rid of the parole.
