People are more likely to succeed at quitting when friends and family help.
If you don't want to tell your family that you smoke, ask friends to help you quit.
Consider confiding in a counselor or other adult you trust.
If it's hard to find people who support you (like if your friends smoke and aren't interested in quitting), join an online or in-person support group.

Quit smoking maybe hard, but following these step can help..
- Find a strong inner determination to stop smoking.
- Be positive and confident that you can successfully quit.
- Find a medication or a doctor to help you quit smoking.
- Doing things to distract you from smoking is a good idea such as play a sport, go to the movies, walk along the beach, catch up with smoke-free friends for a gaming session.
- Throw all of the cigarettes out and stop buying and them and think of living a long life then thinking of dying.

To stop smoking, gums and candies can help you.
Chew on it! You have to give your mouth something to do to fight a tobacco craving.
Chew on sugarless gum or hard candy, or munch on raw carrots, celery, nuts or sunflower seeds — something crunchy and satisfying.

I realize that it is quite hard to quit smoking but you can try.
The first one, you create your goal; I will stop smoking soon.
Then you try to avoid and avoiding smoking.
You can go exercise, do many kinds of activities that you like.
If you can control it, you can do it.

ํYou can start a quiting smoking plan with START
- Set a quit date. Choose a date within the next 2 weeks, so you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit. If you mainly smoke at work, quit on the weekend, so you have a few days to adjust to the change.
- Tell family, friends, and co-workers that you plan to quit. Let your friends and family in on your plan to quit smoking and tell them you need their support and encouragement to stop. Look for a quit buddy who wants to stop smoking as well. You can help each other get through the rough times.
- Anticipate and plan for the challenges you'll face while quitting by preparing ahead for common challenges, such as nicotine withdrawal and cigarette cravings.
- Remove cigarettes and other tobacco products from your home, car, and work.
- Talk to your doctor about getting help to quit.

Ask your heart, if your heart is strong enough, you can do it.
I have a tip; think of if you have done, you will be healthier ,
people around you is health too.
You can do it for someone and promise with them
that you will quit from it for how long that you can or will
stop smoking. If you have done one day, I bet you will be the most
happiest person that time.

I don't addict in smoking but I have some tips to quit it.
- Find an oral substitute...Keep other things around to pop in your mouth when cravings hit. Good choices include mints, hard candy, carrot or celery sticks, gum, and sunflower seeds.
- Keep your mind busy...Read a book or magazine, listen to some music you love, do a crossword or Sudoku puzzle, or play an online game.
- Keep your hands busy...Squeeze balls, pencils, or paper clips are good substitutes to satisfy that need for tactile stimulation.
- Brush your teeth...The just-brushed, clean feeling can help get rid of cigarette cravings.
- Drink water...Slowly drink a large, cold glass of water. Not only will it help the craving pass, but staying hydrated helps minimize the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.
- Light something else...Instead of lighting a cigarette, light a candle or some incense.
- Get active...Go for a walk, do some jumping jacks or pushups, try some yoga stretches, or run around the block.
- Try to relax
