There are some reasons to have the belly fat on the body.
- You eat too much of starch and fat, you surely get more energy than usual.
- You never do the exercise, even you eat a lot.
- You go to bed late. If you go to bed late, your lipid metabolism will be unsteady.
- You drink not enough water to make the good metabolism.

Eating late dinner, I will have more belly.
If I have dinner after 2 pm, I will have more belly.
So now, I try to eat before that.

I think I eat too much.
It's the most frequented activities a day for me.
I always eat even though I do nothing.
I love eating and I'm always hungry.
I love eating.
