These are the good points of exercise
-You will be happy when you do exercise because you can release the stress
-You will be healthy because your metabolism is operated
-You will be slim because you burn your fat to be energy
-You will get sleep easily.

It can reduce your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer.
It’s free, easy to take, has an immediate effect and you don’t need to pay some money.
You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly.
Exercise also help us feel relax and sleep well.

Exercise can help control weight or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. People who exercise enjoy more restful sleep. Exercise is obviously good for your body, but it is also good for your mind, your attitude, your overall well-being.

Exercise is tremendously good for me not only
in case of my physical but also my mental being
much better.
It makes me energetic and fresh.
One important thing is helping me do mediatation
when I feel nervous especially swimming; I like diving
and take a rest under water, it is very serene.
So, I try to spend time for exerising as much as I can.

It can make me relaxed.

Exercise helps us to control our weight.
It helps us to build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints.

The doctor usually suggests me to take more exercise.

There are many benefits of exercise for me such as:
- I lost many weight form doing exercise.
- I do reduce my stress whenever I do exercise.
- Exercise make me healthy.
- Protect any disease.

Lots of advantages comes from exercise.
In the past I used to look down myself, that I had no capacity in any sports.
I feel weak, and slow in movement, because I don't beleive in myself.
Then I do aerobic dance like T25 program; an appropriate exercise for person who's busy.
The well organised gesture in this program help me develope my muscle step by step.
Then I belive I can do the difficult gesture like plank position, or squash.
Moreover I feel strong in doing everyday activities.

Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy. Exercise can help some people sleep better. It can also help some people who have mild depression and low self-esteem. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal — like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash.
Exercising can help you look better. People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.

Exercise is my favorite activity because I know that it can make me healthy and strong.
If you do the exercise at least 3 times per week, it can help you to loose weight, andyou can be younger than your own age.

It makes me stronger. After a teacher in faculty of education suggested me to have a check-up because my skin was so pale, so I followed his suggestion. Doctor said that I was a barrier of Anemia.
Then I tried to manage time to exercise as often as I can. The result of doing is that I hardly have a cold because previously I used to have a cold. I love exercise.
