I like to do exercise in the early morning but I cannot do it as a habit.
I heard that to do exercise in the morning is good for our body and make us awaken.
However, I cannot get up early at 6 A.M. to be ready to do exercise.
Actually, I do exercise at the evening for 2 days a week.
I think if I want to be more healthy, I should focus on what I will eat and how I will behave everyday.
