Do you like drinking green tea? Is it good for you?

I have green tea with ice sometime, when I'm tird of working.
I've heard that it's good for health and it must be tea with no sugar.
So I prefer drink the original taste more than honey lemon or rice flavor.
And you, do you like drinking green tea? Is it good for you?

Actually, I don't like it.
And I think common green tea contains
lots of sugar, so it's not good to my health.
If it is a free green tea from my friends, I can

For me, I am quite avoiding to drink caffeine beverage, but when I feel tired or not fresh.
Since January until now I can count how much I drink green tea because it's not much.
It's less than 5 bottles certainly.
