How can you improve your English speaking skill?

For me, I like to listening the music and watching the movie in English. It's kind of entertainment, but can help my English speaking skill. When I listening the musics I will try to remember words and sentences in the lyrics, and when I watching the movies I will try to speak and pronounce words.
It seems like I copy the English accent from the music and movies.

Watch English television, such as news programs
(e.g. BBC Worlds can be viewed in many parts of the world).
While watching shows with words that you may not understand,
while using a notebook and pen, write the word down (how you think it's spelled)
and then find its correct spelling and find out what the word means.
From watching English movies, we can improve our accent as well.

I improve by watch soundtrack movie without. Yes, it's work for this. I did it since I was in M.1 especially Disney Chanel.
Listen to the music, trying to talk with foreigner and read English magazine such as NJ or student weekly(My teacher suggest me to do that since I was in m.4).
I can gain vocabularies from the magazine and accent from the English TV such as Disney Chanel.
And then, try to talk with a foreigner.

Hahaha! Yeah! I like talking alone by myself like Preaw. Moreover, I like thinking and talking in English in my mind.
When I was a high school student, I was too crazy in English. I did everything in English, wrote down English words everywhere in my house, listened to Musics, watched English TV program, and so on.
