I have 10 step to become a good teacher to share you :
1. A good teacher is an assertive teacher
2. Be their friend, but don't go too far
3. Make your lesson relevant to their lives

6. Teach in a variety of ways      
7. A good teacher always has objectives                                                         
8. Be a good example for your students
9. Believe in them!
10. Be firm It doesn't mean you should be a dictator. But students do not like teachers who are too soft and mild.

1.) Take pride in being as good a teacher as you can. I really, really mean this one. If you can’t take this step, get out.
2.) Love the subject you’re teaching. If you can’t bring yourself to come in excited and enthusiastic for your lesson, how are you possibly going to get your students excited about it?
3.) Teach the right way for your own style. Not everyone can stand up in front of a class and do 60 minutes of calculus. Not everyone can deliver a compelling lecture on black hole formation. And not everyone can critique students’ problem-solving ability in a constructive manner in a large lecture hall.
4.) Feel free to develop your own curriculum, lessons, and teaching methods. In many other countries, believe it or not, you’re not supposed to teach a standardized curriculum. I would argue, based on my experience, the best parts of any course are the parts you could not possibly standardize or test.

Becoming a good teacher you should have more than knowledge. In my point of view, to teach anything successfully teachers have to understand and know the students’ problem first. Students may have the different problems but teachers have to stay calm and try to help them pass the bad times. Please remember that ‘A good teacher is a good adviser’ the teacher’s responsibility isn’t just teaching but teachers have to be the one who is ready to help his or her children in any situation. In teaching also, teachers have to know the student’s problem first not just put everything in their brain and judge from their work.

Knowledge and love of the subject: If a teacher doesn’t know her material well, how can she hope to teach it to others? The best teachers truly love the subject they teach and are constantly trying to learn more about it. Students pick up quickly on this! When they see a teacher who’s excited about a subject, the sentiment can spread to them.
Motivation: Teachers also have to serve as motivators. In order to be a quality teacher, one has to be able to motivate students – to get and keep them actively participating in the learning process. This is often a daunting task. Good teachers have numerous motivational strategies in their “bag of tricks.”

As I am studying to be a teacher, I am very interested in everything essential and good about education. For my dream, I want to be a good teacher who can make the class successful that means children are happy and eager to learn with me. It’s challenged and important for the teachers to create activities to motivate students to be happy to learn to the lesson. To be the good teacher is not easy so I have to study more to reach to my dream because I want to make my children happy to study with me happily. The answer is not in the classroom.
