| Definitely !!! I really love to eat yogurt because there are many benefits for our self. Especially the ones that I choose my own toppings - like Coconut. If I wouldn't get fat I would only eat fruit flavored sweet ones, 1 kg of it at a time haha. Yogurt also have many nutrients that very useful for our health.
