Spices are the seeds, nuts, berries, bark, root or fruit of plants and trees and can fight off ailments such as nausea, high blood pressure and even cancer. Along with blocking inflammation causing molecules and stabilizing blood sugar, spices are a great source of antioxidants that fight free radicals, and also add flavor to your food without extra fat, salt and calories.

In Thailand, the spices are very important for almost of Thai meals.
Thai people separate spices into four elements: soil, water, wind, and fire.
The elements in each person are separated into four as well.
So, everybody must know element in his or her body.
If anyone knows what his or her element is, they can eat the spices to maintain his or her body correctly. When you eat the spices that are matched with your element in your body, your health will get better for sure!!

Spices contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure. Manganese is used by the body as a co-factor for the antioxidant enzyme, superoxide dismutase.

I have ever heard about the spices can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
Especially,to eat chilli can reduce porstate cancer efficienctly.
For me, I like to eat spices dish because it make me feel like the taste of that dish more dilicious.
Moreover, when I eat spice dish I feel so hot and it's like the metabolism of my body work well.

I have known it' s good for health.
Now, I gain information from Menfitness that spices add some pep to any meal, and many come with proven heart healthy benefits and can even ease pain,
including post-workout soreness. Herbs and spices also have antibacterial and antiviral properties,
and most are high in B-vitamins and trace minerals.
In fact, most contain more disease-fighting antioxidants
than some fruits and vegetables.
Herbs and spices are also an inexpensive way to add flavor to food without the extra fat,
calories, sodium or cholesterol.

I think spices is kind of herb so it absolutely good for healthy. Here are some benefits of spices:
- Bay leaf oil possesses anti-fungal and anti bacterial.
- The antioxidants present in chili help to cope with cholesterol. It also helps burning calories.
- Cinnamon supports natural production of insulin and reduces blood cholesterol.
- Garlic is useful for coping with cough and cold. It also has antibiotic properties.
- Ginger helps to avoid digestive problems. It is beneficial for coping with cough and cold.

Capsaicin is the substance from spices. From chilli which is full of mineral and vitamin acts as detoxifiers as they removes waste products from our body and increases supply nutrients to the tissues.

From garlic could end your hair loss problems because of its high levels of allicin.
