| In Thailand, the spices are very important for almost of Thai meals. Thai people separate spices into four elements: soil, water, wind, and fire. The elements in each person are separated into four as well. So, everybody must know element in his or her body. If anyone knows what his or her element is, they can eat the spices to maintain his or her body correctly. When you eat the spices that are matched with your element in your body, your health will get better for sure!!

| I have ever heard about the spices can reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Especially,to eat chilli can reduce porstate cancer efficienctly. For me, I like to eat spices dish because it make me feel like the taste of that dish more dilicious. Moreover, when I eat spice dish I feel so hot and it's like the metabolism of my body work well.
