How many hours do you sleep in the day time?

If now, I take 3-4 hours for sleeping. Some days, I get just only 2 hours.
Because I have a lot of work to do, both of group work and individual work.
So, I don't have enough time for sleeping.
And some days, I sleep in afternoon for 1-2 hours instead if I don't have any classes.

Normally,if I don't have many assignments, I will sleep when I feel tried.
It means I sleep around 10 pm. or 11 pm.
In contrast,when I have many assignments,I will sleep only 5 hours per day.
I sleep around 1-2 am. I can't sleep late more than this.

Actually, I should sleep for eight to nine hours, but I can not.
If I spent the time to sleep for eight hours. That's mean I would go to bed very early around nine pm. to five am. I will not have the time to do my homewrk, I surely.

I don't know. I usually sleep at night. During the day time I always do other activities such as watching TV, surf the internet, do my homework and cook. If I am very tired then I will take a short nap. I will get very tired if I sleep during the day time and I will not get asleep at night.

It is 11 pm to 5 am. However, I can't do it all.
So if I don't have to do homework.
I try to sleep before midnight. And try to get up in early

I have a lot of individual work to clear before final exam.
So, it makes me don't have enough time for sleep.
I don't like this moment. It makes me easy to sick and asleep all day.

I'm trying to avoid sleeping at the day time because it make me stay awake at night.
I just take a nap about 30 minutes - 1 hours at the day time.
The reason that I don't like to sleep during the day is it makes me tired and feel not fresh.
Sleeping too much isn't good for health!
